Our housing stock

We seek to provide housing which meets the needs of our tenants.  This is a lifetime commitment.  We carry out adaptation works to meet changing needs and are currently part-way through a comprehensive programme of converting larger shared houses into smaller individual properties.

KEY is committed to maintaining its properties to as high a standard as possible.  All our properties meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard. We have a programme of planned maintenance which includes servicing of gas appliances, fire alarms, emergency lighting systems, and electrical installations.
