Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations

The Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) is the umbrella body for voluntary organisations in Scotland, with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness.

British Institute of Learning Disabilities

University of Glasgow Affiliated Programme - Strathclyde Centre for Disability Research

The Centre’s remit is to provide an academic base for research and teaching in social aspects of disability. Work in the Centre is currently research on the education, training, employment, health and legal needs of disabled people.
