Providing support and accommodation for people with learning difficulties in Scotland.

Working for Key

At Key, we believe that the quality of support that we provide is determined by the quality of our support staff, and how they are supported by managers.

We employ over 800 social care staff throughout Scotland, supporting people in their own homes and communities. We also employ, at our main Glasgow office, over 50 people in housing, finance, personnel, training and administrative services.

We value our people as individuals, and offer excellent conditions of service and training opportunities, with our own in-house training section providing extensive training, and our own SVQ centre under development.

The people that we support have aspirations and needs that are individual to them, and we see our support as being flexible and individual, enhancing and empowering.

Working for Key, you know that what you do really matters, that it is important, and that it can be so much more than just a job. Our people have a positive attitude to life, and come from a diverse range of backgrounds. What they have in common is that they want to support people with learning disabilities, and they want to make a difference.
